Returns & refund policy

You can return your order for a full refund within 60 days of purchase and for any reason.

You have the right to cancel within 60 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 60 days from the day on which you or designated third party received the goods.

You may return new and unused products with labels and hygiene trips fully attached and in new untampered condition. Understandably products cannot be returned once used in a pool or soiled. Products which do not meet this criteria will be refused.

You'll find your returns slip attached to your order dispatch email (image below). If you cannot print the returns slip please simply include your order reference number or contact for assistance.

Goods should be returned without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your request.

It would be appreciated if you return the product in the original box or packaging. Please include your order number inside the package. 

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received by you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

On receipt of the returned goods, Clickswim will examine them. We may take a deduction from the reimbursement if the value of goods has been diminished by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function in the value of any goods supplied, if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. 

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than –

(a) 21 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or –

(b) If earlier 21 days after the day you provide proof that you have returned the goods.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Your statutory rights are not affected in relation to mis-described or faulty goods.
